Conduit Advisors was founded in 2013 seeking to address what is often a systemic failure in the workplace: poor transfer of knowledge and specifically the prioritisation of personal knowledge over team knowledge. The sort of ethos that leads to questions either being a bad thing or perceived as a bad thing.
We work with a variety of stakeholders throughout the real estate industry to improve knowledge transfer, enhance client communications and moreover client and prospective client engagement.
